SQUAD is a leadership program and network designed to connect, support, and help promote more LGBTQ+ Women, Non-Binary Leaders and Underrepresented Allies into senior leadership positions. 

The only program of its kind, SQUAD is intentionally designed to:
  • Expand your power & influence to propel your career
  • Cultivate meaningful professional relationships
  • Sharpen the critical leadership skills you need

How it works

SQUAD is made up of (2) inaugural cohorts:
SQUAD Executive
A cohort of VP-level talent and beyond
(Applications are now open!)
SQUAD
A cohort of mid-senior level talent
(Applications open early 2023)

As a member of one of the inaugural SQUAD cohorts, you’ll receive:

  • Monthly peer coaching sessions designed specifically for each unique cohort
  • Quarterly training sessions with experts from our own SQUAD
  • Strong, genuine connections with seasoned, badass leaders who can advocate for you… even when you’re not in the room
  • Invitations to private networking experiences in San Francisco & NYC

There’s no dedicated fee associated with SQUAD, but it does require a VIP ticket to the SF Summit ($999-$1499 depending on the time of purchase).
